How to get started:
Contact us and we will list your lot or land through our real estate arm. This will put your lot on the local MLS as well as on our sites for building. We will look at other homes in the surrounding area and determine the best homes to be built on the site and market land/home packages with pictures and pricing for new homes on the lot. This is the ideal way to market the property to new home buyers.
Once we find an interested buyer, we will initiate proceedings to start the loan process and depending on the type of loan they are getting, we will setup an outright purchase of the lot by the buyer or builder, or set up a temporary partnership between the lot owner and builder where everyone gets paid upon completion of construction and closing of loan by buyers. We have numerous ways to structure this and every loan is different so it is impossible to tell the best way. Of course, as the land owner, you can always choose how you wish to proceed and limit your options in any way you choose to do so.
