Gulf Coast Prime Construction Group (GCPCG) helps put lot/land owners with contractors/builders to build new residential homes. Through partnerships with local builders on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, we are able to negotiate construction costs that are generally below what you would pay in a new subdivision represented by a RealtorĀ®.

Our business model consists of finding individuals that currently own buildable lots or large tracts of land which need to be developed. We then do the necessary due diligence and market that property to individuals who are looking to build a new home.

Working with numerous builders, we are able to determine which builder would be best suited to an individual buyer’s needs. Obviously, someone wanting to build a $1,000,000 home is not going to use the same builder for a $100,000 home. Builders and their individual styles vary and that is why we utilize so many - to assure the buyer is getting the best builder for the job, and at the best price.

GCPCG is classified as a consulting/marketing company and is not a builder or contractor. Real Estate transactions which require a license per the Mississippi Real Estate Commission are managed through our real estate brokerage company at Tech Realty. Builders which we use are licensed and bonded in Mississippi. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence on builder.
